Weather, in Blue
Teal moving through white, the way weather moves through a morning.
This is the busiest of the group and the most atmospheric. Cerulean and deep teal are dragged in broad passes across the ground, pale in places where the canvas shows through, dense in others where the brush loaded up. Thick white sits on top in raised ridges, catching light like foam. Two marks of rose hold the left and right edges and keep the cool from going cold.
Hang it where there is water light, a bathroom, a north window, a room that stays silver most of the day. It will look different at noon than it does at six, which is the pleasure of living with it.
