A tall rectangle of gilded wood, reeded along every side, holding a wide pane of beveled glass.

The frame is cut in fine parallel ridges that catch the light one line at a time, so the gold reads soft and moving rather than flat. The bevel runs all the way around the glass, a thin sliver of prism at the edge of your reflection.

Lean it against a bare wall and the room doubles. Morning light travels across it, the floor runs on into the glass, and the space seems to keep going past where it ends.

It brings a warm, old glow to a room, the kind of gold that feels inherited rather than bought. Grounded and generous, with a softness that stays.

A vintage giltwood mirror, offered at an Organic Erotic exclusive price.
