Deep and round backed, in an espresso brown velvet that catches the light differently with every glance. Four chairs that gather a table the way a good conversation does, slowly, and stay.

The oval back rises tall and unbroken behind you, one continuous curve of velvet from rail to rail. Below it the seat is soft and full, a waterfall of cushion stitched clean along its edge, set on slender saber legs that taper to a fine point and flare just slightly as they meet the floor. The whole shape reads light on its feet even as it holds you steady.

Picture them drawn in close around a long table, mismatched glasses catching candlelight, a meal that runs late. Velvet like this only grows softer with use, the nap shifting under your palm as you lean an elbow, push back from the table, settle in again. Four chairs is a full table's worth of evenings.
