Heathered Grey Flatweave Rug
Underfoot and quiet, a heathered flatweave in soft grey with a whisper of blue moving through it. The kind of rug your room settles onto rather than around.
The weave runs low and ribbed, tight rows catching the light differently as you cross the room, morning to evening. A faint pattern lives just beneath the surface, ghosted and soft, like something worn in rather than printed on. The edge finishes in a tight rolled selvedge, no loose ends, just the weave curling back on itself and holding.
Picture it under bare feet before coffee, under a low table where books collect, under a chair pulled close for reading. Large enough to hold a whole room together, 8 feet by just over 12, it grounds a sofa and two chairs, a bed and its nightstands, whatever gathers on top of it.
