A skyline built out of blocks of color. Blue holds the top of the canvas like open sky, then the city comes up through it in red, ochre, green and violet, and the ball burns gold at the right edge, caught in the second before it drops. Down at the street there are figures, barely more than gestures, gathered for the turn of the year.
At nearly eight feet across it is a room's whole horizon. Give it a long wall and let it be the only thing there.
