This chair is quietly beautiful.

A low barrel of dark walnut-toned wood that curves around you like an arm. Cane on both sides lets the light pass through, and the seat and back are button-tufted in ribbed cocoa velvet, rich as dark chocolate, with a soft sheen as you move. The lines are old French; the feeling is entirely now.

It is a small seat, sized for a bedroom corner, a reading nook, or the spot by the window where you take your coffee. Sit down and it holds you close.

It brings warmth and softness to a room. A little feminine, a little earthy, with the depth only real wood and age can give.

A vintage piece in honest vintage condition: a few broken strands in the cane, and wear to the finish on the arms and legs. Offered at the Organic Erotic exclusive price of $425.
