Reclaimed Wood Side Table

A live-edge slab table with raw character. The top is a single cross-section of reclaimed wood, cut straight through the trunk so the growth rings read in full, warm honey-brown with natural grain and a weathered patina that shows its age. The edges are left raw and organic, following the tree's own contour, and a vein of black resin runs through one natural split, turning a crack into a line of contrast. It sits on three slim brass hairpin legs that lift the heavy round and ground the rustic top with modern simplicity.

This is furniture that wears its history out in the open. The wood has texture, variation, and weight, and you can see where it's been; that's the point. The rings mark its age, the split marks the weather it lived through, and the resin makes a feature of both. Pairs easily with minimal modern pieces or warm industrial elements, and works beside a sofa or a chair, at a bedside, or anywhere a small sculptural surface earns its place.
