This morning, we gathered as a team. We chose to talk about what we love. We opened the conversation to something softer. We asked each other what Organic Erotic means to us, why we care about this work, and what keeps us here.
As each person shared, a theme appeared. People talked about our level of care and how deeply we want every detail to feel intentional. Every piece we source, every corner we shape, and every interaction with a customer carries real attention. It matters to us that what we create is beautiful, meaningful, and chosen with devotion. You could feel that in the room.
There were reflections on resilience, too. How much we have moved through together. How this team continues to show up with heart even during challenging moments. There is a steady strength here that everyone recognizes, a strength rooted in commitment and love for what we create.
And then there was beauty. Beauty as nourishment. Beauty as generosity. Beauty as something we offer to the world because we want people to feel held, inspired, and connected in their spaces. Hearing the team speak about this reminded me why Organic Erotic began in the first place, and why it still feels meaningful every day.
What stayed with me most was the sincerity in the room. Every voice came from the place inside that brought them to this work. It felt like a moment of remembering. A moment of returning to the heart of this company.
This is what the holiday season is to me. A time to remember who we are and what we are grateful for. A time to pause and feel how much meaning lives inside the small things.
And as I looked around the OE space during our meeting, I felt how every item we create carries that same feeling of gratitude, something that can live in your home, too.
